About the Role:
Join Clothes Mentor as an Assistant Manager in women's fashion resale, where you will play a pivotal role in our vibrant, busy and fun retail environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the growing world of women's fashion and style.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and inventory targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, inventory acquistition (buying) and sales techniques.
- Analyze operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in women's fashion.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and direct a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion merchandising is a plus.

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
